Our work
A few projects we’re proud to share, each one advancing our mission to raise the bar and build a better digital future with our clients.

SBU
SBU is a UK energy broker placing gas and electricity contracts for business customers, in a market where the deal goes to whoever quotes first and follows up hardest. Their chance to win each customer sat in Salesforce as a contract end date with nothing acting on it, so CodeLeap automated everything between that date and the signed contract. Within three months the team was generating five times the qualified leads, without adding headcount.

WeSnag
A major UK construction company ran snagging on spreadsheets, paper checklists and manual follow-ups, which could not scale to dozens of contractors, hundreds of units and thousands of defects. Deal to invoice, on its own. Events group sales automation
An international events group running more than twenty exhibitions and trade shows across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US was bridging its CRM, contract and accounting systems with people, which consumed a large share of the commercial team's week. CodeLeap automated those steps across Pipedrive, SmartDocs and Xero, delivered in three phases.

Studio car photos, anywhere. Vehicle imaging platform
A company producing vehicle photography at scale needed every image to look consistent, at a volume where no team could check each one by eye. Over a multi-year engagement, CodeLeap built the capture apps and computer vision pipeline that standardise, enhance and quality-check every shot automatically.

Every listing becomes a video. Automated vehicle video generation
A company working in automotive imaging wanted a branded promotional video for every vehicle listing, at a volume no editing team could reach. CodeLeap built the video system end to end, and it has run in production since, producing listing videos with no human editing step.

One analyst's eye, scaled. Market prediction platform
A financial analysis firm had a proven chart-reading method that only one analyst could run, taking hours a day and capping how many instruments the firm could cover. CodeLeap turned that method into a machine-learning platform serving daily predictions through an API.

Safety, one tap away. Becon
Becon monitors everyday journeys on foot, works out when something has gone wrong, and alerts trusted contacts if the user cannot confirm they are safe. It has reached thousands of downloads, a 4.8 App Store rating and coverage in Forbes, Marie Claire and The Metro.

Cicerone Press is the UK's pre-eminent outdoor guidebook publisher, with a catalogue of over 450 titles and decades of heritage, and its readers increasingly wanted route information on the trail rather than in a book. CodeLeap built the app that carries the catalogue into a map-driven digital experience without losing the depth that makes the guides worth buying.

Baandy
Baandy lets members swap apartments with like-minded travellers at no cost, which works only if strangers trust each other enough to hand over their keys. CodeLeap designed and built the platform around that problem, balancing the verification the model needs against an onboarding process demanding enough to lose members before they ever use it.

One Place
Planning a group trip scatters across chat threads, booking emails and the organiser's head, and existing tools are either too lightweight to beat a group chat or too demanding to keep using. Adinkra
Aflé Bijoux wanted to launch a collection inspired by the Adinkra symbols of West Africa's Akan culture, and a conventional shopping app would have missed what gives the pieces their value.
