Challenge

Managing snagging across a large-scale residential development is one of the most operationally demanding tasks in construction. Our client’s sites involved multiple buildings, each containing numerous individual units, with a wide range of contractors responsible for different trades. The existing process relied heavily on spreadsheets, paper-based checklists and manual follow-ups — a workflow that simply could not scale with the size and pace of their projects. Defects were being logged inconsistently, contractor accountability was difficult to enforce, and the construction management team was spending a disproportionate amount of time chasing updates rather than resolving issues.
