Dooit
A home services marketplace for Switzerland
Dooit is a home services platform CodeLeap has been developing continuously since 2019. What began as a mobile app connecting private customers with cleaning providers has grown into a comprehensive multi-service marketplace covering the entire Swiss market — cleaning, gardening, handyman work and painting, in three languages, with a full operations dashboard behind it.
What we did CodeLeap built the consumer app, the provider portal and the admin dashboard covering the full job lifecycle from request through to payment, with native-quality localisation across Switzerland's language regions and Swiss payment and banking integrations, so each region experiences it as a local product.
Our client is an entrepreneur and investor in the home maintenance sector in Switzerland. CodeLeap partnered with them to design and build a full-featured digital platform that connects homeowners with trusted local service providers for property repairs and maintenance — adapted for the Swiss market's unique requirements around languages, payment methods and regulatory expectations.

Challenge
The client is a Swiss home services company that has grown significantly since first partnering with CodeLeap. Their original vision was to create a simple digital marketplace for cleaning services in Switzerland. Since 2019, the business has expanded dramatically to encompass multiple service categories, and their technology needed to scale with them — supporting growth from a single-service cleaning platform to a diverse home services ecosystem, adding new service categories while maintaining performance, supporting multiple languages, and evolving from a startup MVP to a mature platform serving thousands of customers.
Solution
CodeLeap's ongoing partnership with the client has delivered continuous product evolution across the entire technology stack. The consumer app is available in all three Swiss national languages, service providers have their own portal for managing jobs, and the operations team can coordinate hundreds of providers across multiple cities through a dedicated dashboard. Every new service category the business has added has been supported by expanding the platform to accommodate it, without breaking the workflows already in production.
Tech stack
The tech chosen was our speciality, enabling fast development of performant user interfaces and a reliable infrastructure. The app is now available for both iOS and Android.

SBUSBU is a UK energy broker placing gas and electricity contracts for business customers, in a market where the deal goes to whoever quotes first and follows up hardest. Their chance to win each customer sat in Salesforce as a contract end date with nothing acting on it, so CodeLeap automated everything between that date and the signed contract. Within three months the team was generating five times the qualified leads, without adding headcount.
