Cloud & Infrastructure · London
We run the cloud infrastructure behind your product — monitoring, backups, security updates and hosting from £900 a month, with a team on call when something breaks.
Solutions we've built power teams at:
Handing someone else the infrastructure behind your product feels risky — more so when they didn't build it and you're the one who gets the 2am call. So we read what's actually running before we quote a number, and we're the ones on call once it's ours.
We look at what you're running now — the cloud, the gaps, the bill — before quoting a number. Inheriting infrastructure blind helps nobody, so you get an honest read of its state first, whether we built it or not.
You see the shape before committing: a staged migration from £5,000, or a full infrastructure overhaul from £8,000 with hardening, monitoring and backups. Fixed price agreed upfront, and every migration planned to be reversible.
We apply the security patches, wire in monitoring and alerting, and test backups by actually restoring them. Migrations move in stages with a rollback path — not a big-bang weekend and crossed fingers on the Monday.
From £900 a month we run it day to day — hosting, updates, backups — with a team on call when something breaks. Alerts reach us first; the goal is you hearing about an outage in the past tense. Rolling, no long lock-in.
Products we didn't just ship but keep running: a home-swap app and a walking-guide app we host and maintain month by month, and a case-handling platform with an ongoing team behind it. Anyone can launch a system — the test is who answers when it breaks.
Baandy lets members swap apartments with like-minded travellers at no cost, which works only if strangers trust each other enough to hand over their keys. CodeLeap designed and built the platform around that problem, balancing the verification the model needs against an onboarding process demanding enough to lose members before they ever use it.

CodeLeap built the app that carries the catalogue into a map-driven digital experience without losing the depth that makes the guides worth buying.
Read moreAn established insurer ran claims across a patchwork of legacy case management, shared inboxes, spreadsheets and supplier portals, and wanted one platform in place of all of it. CodeLeap built that platform from the ground up, covering notification, assessment, decision, settlement and repair for policyholders, brokers, handlers, loss adjusters and suppliers.

Several of the apps we've shipped run on AWS backends we still operate — hosting, monitoring and backups, month after month.
Udokk's platform runs on Google Cloud and Firebase — infrastructure we built, and infrastructure we keep healthy.
We've shipped and still run Firebase backends — right for lean products, and we'll say when you've outgrown it.
We work with Azure for organisations already committed to Microsoft — managing what you're on beats forcing a migration.
Migrations are staged and reversible — tested backups, a rollback path, and a fixed project price from £5,000.
Everything we host is monitored, and alerts reach us first — the goal is you hearing about an outage in the past tense.
Backups are tested by restoring them — an untested backup is a hope, not a plan.
This is what comes up most often, not a limit. Bring us something that isn't on this list and we'll get up to speed on it — working with something new is the job, not an obstacle.
Real reviews from clients we have delivered for, on Clutch and elsewhere.
The enthusiasm, understanding of our mission, and passion from the first few minutes of the call were the deciding factors in choosing CodeLeap. Within 3 months of our app launching, we had over 1,500 downloads, appeared in leading publications from Forbes, The Metro, Marie Claire, Women's Fitness and many more, and started raising further investment.
They are incredibly diligent in the quality of work they produce, and go above and beyond when it comes to solving issues faced within the project, and to ensure we meet strict project deadlines. You never feel like you are one of many clients, and they ensure they are always there to help with any need you have, no matter how big or small.
CodeLeap made me feel like my options were limitless in terms of what could be achieved, which was critical to me as we were creating something very unique. I'm glad I chose Codeleap over a large corporation as the personable approach resulted in a smooth and pleasant experience.
Working with CodeLeap was a very good experience from both a professional and personal point of view. These people know what they are doing and are both efficient and clever and made a good partner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CodeLeap.
CodeLeap adds so much value and goes above and beyond what I expected. CodeLeap's team is very flexible with all the different requests we've put in front of them. They've also been great with the whole business side of things, and being able to forecast for this industry is really helpful. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with their work — they've been incredibly helpful.
Their flexibility and focus on quality were outstanding.
Marcelo has been wonderful throughout the process and we are very happy.
Absolutely FANTASTIC. This is very much what I had in mind. We're very pleased with your team, thank you all very much.

Everything that keeps a product online: hosting, monitoring, backups, security patches and updates, plus a team on call when something breaks. From £900 a month, rolling — no long lock-in.
Managed hosting starts from £900 a month for running the full infrastructure. That's distinct from our lighter post-project support, which typically starts from £400 per month for software we've built. A one-off cloud migration starts from £5,000.
Yes — migrations start from £5,000 as a one-off project. We plan them to be reversible: staged moves, tested backups and a rollback path, rather than a big-bang weekend and crossed fingers.
Our recent builds run on AWS, Google Cloud and Firebase, and we'd rather work with what you're already on than force a move. If your setup genuinely needs changing, we'll show you the numbers first.
No — we take on existing systems too. We'll review what's there before quoting, because inheriting infrastructure blind helps nobody; you get an honest read of its state along the way.
A small, experienced team of designers, engineers and problem-solvers working closely with you from first idea to final delivery.
