Bryck
A homebuyer-first property platform for estate agents
Bryck's founders wanted a property platform designed around estate agents' needs but with the homebuyer at the heart of the journey. CodeLeap designed and developed the platform from scratch for the Middle East market — an interactive map-based search on Google Maps, detailed property pages, live buyer–agent messaging and shared agency management.
What we did CodeLeap designed and developed the Bryck property search and management platform from scratch for the Middle East market — interactive map search on Google Maps, detailed listings, live buyer–agent messaging, agency management and an admin editor.
Our client is a group of established UK-based investors looking to expand their portfolio into the Middle East property market. Their vision was to build a property search and management platform designed around estate agents' needs — but with a user experience that puts homebuyers at the heart of the journey. CodeLeap partnered with them to design and develop the platform from scratch, creating a modern alternative to legacy property portals in the region.
Product features
-
Interactive Map-Based Search
Built on Google Maps APIs, the property search experience displays property details, photos and key information directly on the map. Listings refresh dynamically as users navigate, loading new properties available in each area in real time.
-
Detailed Property Pages
Each listing includes comprehensive information about the property, the estate agency advertising it, and the specific agent handling it — adding full transparency to the buyer's journey and building trust at every step.
-
Live Messaging
Direct communication between homebuyers and agents within the platform, with all conversations linked to the specific property enquired about. This keeps enquiries organised and ensures no conversation is lost across multiple properties.
-
Agent & Agency Management
Estate agents can create and manage listings, configure agency profiles, and handle incoming enquiries collaboratively through multi-user shared agency accounts — supporting the way real agencies actually operate.
-
Administrative Editor
A back-office tool for the client's operations team to manage the platform, moderate listings, oversee agent activity and ensure quality standards are maintained across the region.
Challenge
Most property platforms are built around the needs of agents and landlords, with the homebuyer experience treated as an afterthought. The client wanted to reverse this: creating a platform where searching for properties and connecting with agents would feel effortless, transparent and modern. The platform needed to serve estate agents across the Middle East, support local languages and property types, and deliver a consumer-grade search experience with interactive map browsing, detailed property pages and direct agent communication.
Solution
CodeLeap developed a comprehensive property search and management web platform optimised for desktop and mobile. The interactive map search displays properties dynamically as users browse. Detailed property pages provide full transparency about each listing and its agent. Live messaging enables direct buyer-agent communication. The agent portal supports collaborative management through shared accounts. The platform was built with flexibility to expand into additional Middle Eastern markets as the client's investment portfolio grows.
