  • Cedars-Sinai
  • Jet2holidays
  • Jaguar Land Rover
  • Dover Street Market
  • Dexters
  • Lookers

What we build for professional services

Most of the time lost in professional services is not spent on the advice itself, but on taking work in, chasing information and writing the same document again. We build software that takes that work off your team, so more of the week goes on the client.

  • Client onboarding and intake solutions

Taking on a new client means collecting documents, running checks and chasing people for the last missing item. We build a guided onboarding process that asks for what is needed, checks it as it arrives and keeps everything together in one place for your team.

  • Automated document and report generation

Engagement letters, reports and standard advice get written again and again from information you already hold. We build document generation that pulls those details together and produces a first draft in your own format, ready for someone to read and approve before it goes out.

  • Integrations between the systems you run

Your practice management, accounting and document systems each hold part of the picture, so people copy information between them by hand. We connect them, so a change in one reaches the others. Where a system already does its job well, it stays and we build around it.

  • Knowledge tools and internal search

Much of what your team knows sits with a few experienced people, in old email threads and in documents that are hard to find twice. In legal, accountancy and advisory work we build searchable knowledge tools that bring it together and keep it current for everyone.

  • AI governance, policies and training

People are already using public AI tools on client work. We help you bring that inside tools you control, with approval steps, a record of what was used, and training so your team knows what is safe. This is also what insurers and regulators ask to see.

  • Client-facing apps and dashboards

Clients like to see where their work has reached without having to ask for an update. We design and build apps, portals and dashboards that show them the position directly, in your own branding. It saves your team time and it makes the relationship feel more open.

Built with professional services teams

A few projects we're proud to share, each one advancing our mission to raise the bar and build a better digital future with our clients.

  • Online mediation platform

A dispute-resolution provider came to CodeLeap to move mediation online, replacing a process scattered across email and phone calls. CodeLeap built a platform that holds the whole dispute as one organised record, with an AI assistant supporting the conversation.

  • Gemdarr

Making a will still means solicitors, paperwork and cost. Gemdarr came to CodeLeap to build a secure platform where people can create, manage and execute a legally recognised will from home, at their own pace.

  • SBU

SBU is a UK energy broker placing gas and electricity contracts for business customers, in a market where the deal goes to whoever quotes first and follows up hardest. Their chance to win each customer sat in Salesforce as a contract end date with nothing acting on it, so CodeLeap automated everything between that date and the signed contract. Within three months the team was generating five times the qualified leads, without adding headcount.

Any questions? We're here to answer

Everything you might want to know before starting a project with us.

  • Usually, yes. Most projects here are built around systems already in place rather than replacing them, and the integration work is scoped before anything is agreed. Where a system has no documented route in, that constraint is identified during scoping and the plan changes accordingly. Older systems are common in this sector and are rarely the obstacle people expect, though they do change the approach.

  • You are, which is why nothing we build sends AI output to a client on its own. A person approves anything that leaves the business, sources are shown alongside whatever is drafted so they can be checked, and every step is recorded. That record is what you need when a regulator, an insurer or a client asks how the work was produced, without reconstructing it afterwards.

  • In infrastructure in your name, and only the people you allow. Hosting can sit in the UK, access is set by role and every access is logged. Client material does not need to pass through a public AI tool, and where a model is used we can tell you which provider it is, whether anything sent is used for training, and answer your own supplier questionnaire.

  • In stages small enough to approve one at a time. An AI readiness assessment is £3,000 and takes a week. Design and build of a first version starts at £5,000, and a full build from £15,000. Each stage is quoted at a fixed price and paid when the work is finished, so nothing depends on one large decision and a stage can be stopped without losing what came before.

  • Not always, and the exceptions are identified at scoping. AI needs enough consistent information to work from, and where records are scattered the honest answer is that organising them comes first and pays for itself on its own. The £3,000 AI readiness assessment takes a week and includes a verdict where AI is not worth the investment, together with what would need to change first.

  • Yes, and it is easier when the tools are built with that in mind. What we build can produce a record of which tools were used, on what, and who approved the output, which is most of what an insurer or an accreditation body asks to see. We can also write the data handling and security description your broker needs at renewal, in the form they are used to reading.
