Kite Insights is a UK sustainability consultancy advising large enterprises on ESG, and its leadership saw an opportunity to reach individual professionals directly. Kite Insights partnered with CodeLeap to design and launch Hurd, a mobile app that brings transparency to companies' sustainability practices and gives employees a voice. In less than three months, Hurd achieved presence in organisations including PwC, KPMG, AXA and JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Blood, Sweat & Tears is a London Lagree studio and training brand teaching a method made up of more than 550 distinct moves. CodeLeap built an AI-powered training platform that teaches and tests those moves and shows instructors how each learner is progressing.

An entrepreneur in the Swiss home maintenance sector wanted to build a property maintenance marketplace for the Swiss market, and needed a production-ready platform rather than a pilot. CodeLeap designed and built it end to end, covering consumers, service providers and the client's own operations team.

An established insurer ran claims across a patchwork of legacy case management, shared inboxes, spreadsheets and supplier portals, and wanted one platform in place of all of it. CodeLeap built that platform from the ground up, covering notification, assessment, decision, settlement and repair for policyholders, brokers, handlers, loss adjusters and suppliers.

A dispute-resolution provider came to CodeLeap to move mediation online, replacing a process scattered across email and phone calls. CodeLeap built a platform that holds the whole dispute as one organised record, with an AI assistant supporting the conversation.
