Kite Insights, a leading ESG consultancy firm in London, teamed up with CodeLeap to launch Hurd, a mobile app that brings transparency to large organisations’ climate policies and gives employees a voice. Hurd empowers users to engage with workplace sustainability efforts, track climate progress, and connect with a global network of change makers.

Company climate ratings

Users can anonymously rate their employer’s environmental performance through a guided climate questionnaire. These crowd-sourced ratings help highlight green leaders, call out inaction, and promote greater corporate transparency.

Community interaction

Hurd features a live feed where users explore reviews and climate initiatives from organisations worldwide. It’s a space to exchange knowledge, benchmark progress, and feel part of a larger climate movement.

Learn by doing

Users engage with interactive learning modules focused on climate change, designed around practical tasks. This feature helps professionals gain climate literacy and apply sustainable practices in their daily work life.

Share climate actions

Employees and teams can post success stories of climate actions within their companies. From office composting programmes to net-zero campaigns, the feed inspires and celebrates change from the ground up.
